Have We Forgotten What a Project Manager Is?
It occurs to me looking at what skills project managers are asked about during the hiring process that many have forgotten just what a project manager is. Project managers, I mean TRUE, certified project managers are some of the most highly trained people in the world. They are change agents meant to do what has never been done before. This understanding seems to have been lost somewhere, so this post is meant to address that. I hope that the information in this video clarifies a few things for anyone who watches it.
